What you get

  • A page for your spot with your hours, phone, map, menu links and every special you run, laid out by day.
  • Your own words, linked. Each special shows the line from your page or post that says it, with the date we last checked, so people trust it and know it is yours.
  • Reach when it counts. Specials show up in tonight, this-weekend and day-of-week lists, on the map, and in search, for people deciding right now.
  • No cost for the basics. Listing your spot and keeping the hours and specials right is free.

Fix a listing

Something out of date? On your spot's page, tap Something's off? on the special, or Fix this or suggest a change for hours, phone or address. Add a link to your site or post that shows the right answer.

A person reads every report and checks it against the source. A report alone never changes a listing, and we cannot promise a time, but a clear link usually gets it fixed fast.

Send a special

Running something new this week? The strongest proof is your own post or page. A flyer link helps too.

How to send us your special

Free to list, free to correct. Pick whichever is easiest.

  1. Tag us on Facebook. Mention @happyspotterapp in your own post. The post is our proof.
  2. Use the form. Send it here with a link to the page or post that says so.
  3. Email us. tips@happyspotter.com, with a link or a photo of the flyer.
  4. Message our page. Facebook Messenger works too.

We check every special against its source before it goes on the site, so we can't promise a time. Days and times must be stated, never guessed.

Hosting an event

Fundraisers, festivals, costume contests, music nights. Send the link to the event post or page on the send-it-to-us form. Public events from clubs, charities and community groups get their own organization page and appear on Events. Bands and hosts: if a venue lists your dates, you get a page people can follow.

Put it on your site

Every spot with specials has a small widget you can paste into your own website. It shows this week's specials, stays current by itself, and links back to the source. On your spot's page, open Put this on your site and copy the code.
